What does this mean in practice?

The company’s legal name remains unchanged: Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Handlowo-Usługowe A-LIMA-BIS Sp. z o.o. The following also remain unchanged:
  • the company’s registration details and tax identification number,
  • existing contracts and arrangements,
  • the terms of cooperation, sales support and after-sales service,
  • the manufacturer’s responsibility for the machinery, spare parts and services provided.
ALIMA AGRI is not a new company, but a brand owned by A-LIMA-BIS, created specifically for our agricultural machinery business. The rebranding does not require any formal action from our customers or business partners.

Why ALIMA AGRI?

The new brand allows us to communicate ALIMA’s agricultural specialisation more clearly and present our full range of products and services, including:
  • trailed feed mixers,
  • self-propelled feed mixers,
  • stationary mixers,
  • manure spreaders,
  • straw blowers,
  • augers and knives for feed mixers,
  • spare parts for agricultural machinery,
  • maintenance and repair services, as well as other solutions for livestock farms.
The name ALIMA AGRI clearly reflects our area of expertise while retaining the recognition, experience and Polish heritage of the ALIMA brand.

One company – specialised brands

ALIMA operates in three main business areas:
  • ALIMA AGRI – machinery and solutions for agriculture,
  • ALIMA FPT – technologies for the food processing industry,
  • ALIMA MILK – milk and whey powders.
The new visual identity will be introduced gradually across our websites, sales and marketing materials, machinery and other communication channels. During the transition period, materials featuring our previous branding may still be in use. Thank you for your continued trust.
